I used 1ClickDVDCopy 4.1 and DVD43 decrypter to burn a DVD on my computer. Upon completion of the burn, the video quality is good, but it appears that one of these programs has somehow made a change on my computer and there is now no sound on either the source CD/DVD ROM or the DVD burner drives when I play any DVD or music CD. The DVD copy plays fine - great audio and video on my external DVD player. MP 3 files stored on the hard drive play fine with Windows Media Player and I-Tunes. I still have all the normal Windows XP sounds.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
The techs at 1Click... are dutifully trying, so far unsuccessfully, to solve this problem. There is no apparent support provided at the DVD 43 website.
Would really appreciate any guidance you have.
