Cant burn VCD

guys i got this VCD n i was trying to use NEro to make a copy of it but it wouldnt cause it has copyright and when it reads Nero says there is some Error reading so i was wondering is there a way to burn the VCD by removing the COpyright some way or somthing cause i really want the VCD so plz help
