Recopying

Once you copy and back up a movie title, can you copy and burn from the backup copy that you did or must it be the original? The backup copy seems good but will it shrink it down again from the original?

There is no need to "Shrink" a backup copy of a disk again. Just simply "Re-burn" the existing DVD-related files on your HD, or do a "Copy Disc" in "Nero" or similar burning application.
