Cannot burn

Program was working previously. Now 'Analyze' function does not initialize and writing tracks does not complete. I'm a newbie and not very tech saavy do please be gentle. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and need someone knowledgable to walk me through to identify the problem.

Thx 4 the reply! I was using dvd shrink. I t worked GR8 for the 1st 8-10. Now we can't figure out why it doesn't " analyse" (they spell it w/a y ) & never gets to the " writing tracks" part.

We've re-downloaded dvd shrink several times. No success.

I'm computer ignorant & have tech. friends over trying to help me. Hopefully someone will come over today to help w/your advise.
