DVD X Copy Platinum problems

Hey guys,
I've got this problem with Platinum, it burns DVDs ok, and they work perfectly on my computer, but not on my DVD player (DVD player is DAEWOO) which according to the manual DOES support DVD-R that I've been using to back my DVDs onto.

Does anybody seem to have a clue, 'cause I don't?!?

Find out for sure if it does support DVD-R and also it might be the media you are using, this site will also give you some reviews on what media to use.
