Dvd playback skips/freezes

Hello, my backed up dvd's are skipping/freezing, this seems to be around a hour or so into the movies, i am wondering if this is beacouse the discs i am using are not very good quality, any help/advice gratefully recieved!

DVD Shrink 3.1
Bulkpaq 4x dvd+r
Datasafe 4x dvd-r


Dvd players used for playback
Pioneer DCS313 Home Cinema
Kiss DP-1000 DVD Player

You could try updating to DVD shrink 3.2
