Help With DVD Decrypter Error Message

Hope someone can help,

I tried to use DVD Decryptor to burn off my ISO File from DVDshrink, but I keep getting this message. Does anyone know what it is or how it can be fixed?? Hopefully this picture works

There is another program that locks your burner. Could be a instant writing program such as InCD or a similar one.
