Please Help!!

We are fairly new to this. We have been checking the forum for help as far as decrypting Resident Evil. We have checked the DVD and there is no problems as far as scratches...etc. When we click on the decrpyter ( the new version) it highlight 5 files:

VTS_05_0.IFO

VTS_05_1.VOB
VTS_05_2.VOB
VTS_05_3.VOB
VTS_05_4.VOB

When I click to decrypt, it asks that a file aready exist, do you want to replace, and we click yes. It start decrypting but nothing is moving but the time. We then receive a small box stating:

I/0 Error


ScsiStatus: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition (which we have)

CDB: (some number here)
Interpretation: Read (10) - Sector: (some numbers here)

Sense Area: (Numbers here)
Interpretation: No Seek Complete

Is there something we are not changing/clicking. Can someone please help us with this issue. we would truly appreciate it. Thank you!!

Are you using the latest version of DVD Decrypter?

The latest Version is Currently: Version 3.5.2.0

I apologize for the the postings, we're getting the hang of it thank you for your help. To answer you ? Above, Yes, we tried with the prior version and the new one. Neither one can decrypt the DVD.

Then I suggest you have a bad copy of Resident Evil. Take it back and get another copy.

Next time, also change the setting in DVD Decrypter's Tools --> Settings --> File Mode --> Select Files (change to all), not just main movie.

DVD Shrink needs all the files to work with.
