Need help on combining DVDs

Hi, I have a DVD movie that is broken up into two discs. I'm getting tired of having to switch DVDs halfway through the movie. I would like to be able to combine it into one dvd using my dvd burner. Is there a way that I can combine these two discs into one so that the movie will just run straight through with no breaks? Is there a way to combine the menus on both discs into one? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
