error - media may have changed

I thought I made a post earlier with this question, but I can't find it. This is all so confusing. How do you guys do it??? Anyway I was trying to burn Shall we Dance and got the error message at 30% that the media may have changed. I'm using 3.2 dvd shrink and have decrypter downloaded but can't get the latest verison of 3.5.2 to download. I hit the download but it doesn't download. What am I doing wrong, have to have that to burn Little Black Book. Can you help. Thanks so much.

What does the exact error message say?
Maybe even post a screen shot of the error message if you can?
