need some help

analyzed a movie n analyzation went fine, pressed backup to b/u full movie and encryption starts and runs till 16% n error message Failed to Read File E:\ , Data error (cyclic redundancy check). tried to just reauther also with just the main movie n get same message. thought of trying dvd decrypter and goes till i get a message

Ensure you are using the latest version of DVD Decrypter (3.5.2.0) and ensure the disc is clean and free from scratches.

thnks did some more searching n thought firmware maybe the prob but it has like 5 listed for my unit. do i do all 5 or just the newest
