RE2 Region 2 (clarification)

Please don't shoot me. A lot has been covered on backing up RE2, but I beleive most of the posting has been for R1 discs.

Can someone in the know say for sure that the method for backing up RE2 R1 and RE2 R2 are diffierent.

I beleive the correct method is DVDD, Vobblanker, then DVD Shrink (all latest verisons of course).

BTW, I have used the search function and have read +100 posts.

Didn't like the film much, but just want to learn.

My R2 has the same protection as the R1.

I can do what you stated above or use AnyDVD and VobBlanker to rip straight of the DVD.
