DVD plays on player but not on computers

I just recently starting learning how to burn disks and am using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. I have tried a few of my movies and they work perfectly fine as long as I play them in my regular DVD player. They completely hang at the menu when I attempt to play them in either my desktop computer or my laptop computer. The original disks (storebought version) works fine in both my dvd player and my computers so obviously something is not right with the backup copy.

I ran DVDinfopro and get CRC errors beginning in sector 66BC0h. I'm not sure what these crc errors are from but it still doesn't make alot of sense that if I have CRC errors why would it play fine in a regular dvd player.

Any info or help would be great, maybe it is something I am doing wrong in the ripping process or the burning process (I use Nero to burn)

Latest firmware installed? Updates of you burning program installed? Burning at speed? Brand of media?

I'm not 100% sure that I updated the firmware but am pretty sure. I will have to check when I get back home. Nero is totally up to date and I am using Memorex DVD-R. (I'll take any recommendations on better media as well).

I usually burn at no higher than 4x just to be sure it comes out ok. It's just weird that the CRC errors don't effect a commercial DVD player but any computer type of DVD player it locks up on.
