I am hoping that someone can assist with a problem I am having in trying to use it. Just recently I replaced my cdr with a dvdr. I am using an NEC ND 3520 burner. I installed the hardware and reinstalled my nero software as well as dvd shrink. When I go to back up the backup target dropdown menu doesn't show my burner in the list? It only has "ISO Image file" and "hard disk folder". I have tried using the online guides but I am unable to locate a solution to my problem...Also I can no longer use nero to burn standard cd's as it doesn't recognise that my dvdr exists, even though I have confirmed via the control panel that the hardware has been installed correctly....
