Make sure that "Enable Burning with Nero" is checked in the Shrink preferences so your burner drive will show up in the drop-down list.

        1) Open NERO in the "DVD-Video" mode.

        2) Copy ALL DVD-related files (.IFOs, .BUPs, .VOBs) into the RED "VIDEO_TS" folder

        3) Burn

"it did not copy all the chapters"

WHAT "did not copy all the chapters"?

Did YOU, as you should, place ALL of the pertinent .IFOs, .BUPs, and .VOBs into NERO's RED "VIDEO_TS" folder?
