    RICOHJPN-R01-002 - Imation DVD+R

These are some Imation DVD+R 4.7GB I bought from Best Buy. I usually bought the 10 pack with jewel cases. Out of all the packs I bought, I never had a coaster/failure with any of them. I burned them all at 4X.

Please - kill this post after you have read it.

Perhaps it could be of interest - what burner do you have?

I like the idea of this type of threads - I'll be more than happy to provide my crappy discs in new threads.

I have the Sony DRU-510A burner. Should I implement/add that information to each thread I create. Just curious, how would someone benefit from that information?

I am using DVD Identifier's copy to clip board button, then adding my personal experience with them at the top.

Any ideas to improve the format of each thread are welcome?

      Should I lock/close the threads?

I think you should also include which f/w you are using.

You could also post a CRC log from DVDinfoPro etc and or a Nero CD/DVD speed graph.?

I don't think the threads should be locked so others could post what their experiences for the same media in the same thread..?

How would me posting what brand/model burner I burned with and the firmware I have help users with the same brand of media but have different burners?

Also, for the firmware. Some of these burns I burned a couple of years ago, there is no way of knowing which firmware I had for every burn.

It will not. It will give the thread more accuracy.

Then perhaps these are bad examples...

If you are going to start this you will want to lead by example
Again, I'm not having a go, just some constructive criticism
