    help needed

    I Have
    DVD shrink 3.2
    DVD decpt
    DVD43

    I'm new to this fourm I have a problem that I need help on. I have use the same blank disc, and now I started getting the same burning error problem please help me if you can.

    Three things:

    1)REMOVE your NERO Serial Number from the log that you've posted

    2) You're using NERO v.6.0.0.0, which is EXTREMELY flawed. Go to the NERO site and update immediately to, I believe v.6.6.0.8

    3) "Media Specific:

    This means that your media is not being recognized
