Help please with Burn failures

I have a Sony DRU RW 530 A burner & use win XP, on an 80 gig HD.

I had sucess for several backups, but just after a burn using DVDX Rescue, DVD Shrink stopped using nero to burn & has started saving copies to my NTI CD/DVD recording program as well, but DOESN"T burn a DVD.

I can't get Shrink to open the other burn options & actually burn a movie onto a blank dvd now.

Any advice is appreciated...M8

DVD Shrink does not burn. It uses a burning application like Nero through its interface, which gives the impression that DVD Shrink is burning.

Did you uninstall Nero?

I still have nero.

Shrink uses DVD Decrypter to try to burn, but all it does is saves an extra copy of the movie to NTI.

How can I reconfigure?

or should I reinstall nero?
