Compressiability check problems re: Gordian Knot

right then , i m completely new to all of this divx. having a problem with runnign a compression check (@5%)with gordian knot. After pressign USE and then NOW everythign seems to be workign fine. The playback window indicates that the check is going ahead and after a few minutes the check is completed, (indicated in the playback window) but there are no values listed in the playback window or anywhere.(that i can find) - so the values arent loaded, and i cant find the stat. or the log. file where these values might or might not be stored.

whats goign on here.Might have not correctly installed everything?
