AC3 decoded with BeSweet, sounds all tinny

I have used BeSweet to decode an AC3 track, but in the decoded audio the dialog sounds all "tinny". I have switched off all compression and gain and decoded to a WAV-file to find out what might be causing this, but I get this problem no matter what switches are set/not set. When viewing the DVD with WinDVD this problem is not present.

Anyone know if there's something I can do about this?

does it sounds like when you play a disc too fast ?

I had this problem too, and i found out it was normalization that didn't work for a specific movie.

No, it sounds like played on a couple of really cheap and small speakers, but only the dialogue.

Actually I managed to "fix" this problem myself. I went ahead and muxed the sound with the video, and when played in any player it sounds alright. It seems that for some reason WinAmp didn't like what came out of BeSweet.
