How can I find where credits begin and end?

After I've ripped the vob's, I want to find out where the credits start and end so I can set it up for Xvid inside of Xmpeg. Does anyone know of a program or how I can do this? I don't see anywhere in Xmpeg of Flask that shows the current frame position. Thanks in advance.

There is no such option is Flask nor XMPEG. They're beginners' software. Once you are ready switch to Gordian Knot. You can encode credits separately from the movie (at lower bitrate) or discard them if you wish. Up to the moment, it doesn't support XviD, but you can still use it. Save the .avs files for both the credits and the movie and then encode the movie manually with VirtualDub. It might be tough work....so my suggestion is to start reading guides now.
