    audio problem in virtualdub

    When I open a .vob file in virtualdub with avisynth I can work with the video but when I save the file as avi the file has not sound although the audio are setting in full compressing at mp3 96kbps. what am I forgetting?

    Try saving the audio as a seprate stream.

    try extracting the audio using VOB2AUDIO then downsample the audio from 48000Hz to 44100Hz, load this wav and video and direct stream copy both audio and video and save the avi.

    oh...and also....make sure u have re-installed the MP3 codec..like Radium
