Combine Divx with WMA

I'm looking for an easy way to combine an audio-less Divx file with a WMA file. Any suggestions?

Use WMA2WAV to create a .wav header to the .wma file. VirtualDub will then be able to mux the wma audio with the video.

Be aware, however, that playing the resultant file in Window Media Player and many others will likely result in audio synch problem. PowerDivX is the only one that is capable of properly playing such video files.
