Flask Mpeg, little help on the bitrate

I've really tried using the calculators but i don't know why i end up with a 756MB file when i want a 1.4GB file for 2x700MB CD.

I'm using DIVIX 5.02 pro, as the codec.

    192K for audio

    No Subs

The DVD is 2 hours and 11 minutes 20 seconds.

    Useing Flask 0.594

Could some give me an average bit rate. I used something around 1229 for it.

Used the First Pass thingy, but i have no idea if i should do the second pass or not.

To use two pass encoding, you first have to use first pass then, second pass.

The first pass creates a logfile and an invalid avi file.
