Gknot HELP!!!

I'm new to GKnot. I downloaded it cuz everyone here says that its the best, so I decided to give it a shot. How do you set the keframe range in Gknot? And what would a good keyframe range be for inserting scenes into a movie?

So far, GKnot kicks ass.

I would recomend you to use the original it works great. If you don't you need tou use another program if you use divx5 or to alot of other stuf inside GK with divx 3.11
