You can use a bitrate calculator for divx4, but I not sure if you should actually be using a calculator for divx3. The problem is that divx4/5 thinks that 1kb=1000bits, while divx3 knows that 1kb=1024bits. Anyway if you use two pass encoding, you don't need a calculator, it's build into the codec.
