How to get rid of a bad frame

I have a perfect movie but there are like 2 frames that went wrong and have some "shit" in them. I was wondering if i can fixed does or remove um. How do I remove does frames. I gues removing 2 frames willn't harm sync

open virtualdub
open the video

go to the start of the bad part of the video. Hit the start marker button on VD toolbar

move the slider along the bar to go to the end of the bad frame. Hit the end marker button.

Goto video > direct stream copy
Goto audio > direct stream copy

hit DEL key on your keyboard.

goto file > save as avi and save it

voila
