Windows Media Player 9 Beta ScrewUPs?!?

Has anybody else installed the new WMP 9 beta? I can't proove that WMP is the culprit, but ever since I've installed it, when I ' use virtual Dub to Multiplex the Wav stream, and the Divx video Stream, the finished product is totally out of sync. Unless Rounders and Clerks just happen to have some weird Copy protection I'm unaware of, I can only pin it to WMP 9.

Please Respond if you have any knowledge.

I have installed the WM9 encoder too, but I have exoerienced no such problems. And I don't really see how it could happen. As far as I can tell WM9 purely DirectShow based, but Virtualdub uses VFW.
