Hello,
It seems to me that when I encode with a low keyframe rate (25 = 1 keyframe every second on PAL movies) the scene detection process doesn't work anymore. I do not get a keyframe if the image is completely different from the previous one, but only a keyframe every 25 frames.
Any idea ?
PS : I use DivX codec 5.02
