I was wondering about the best conversion can be achieved to get high quality VCD out of DVD?plz consider both PAL and NTSC color systems...
my pc is intel p4 2.4ghz, 256rd ram, os is xp/me, dvd-drive is LG 12x, cdr-drive is teac 40x, tv card is ATI all-in-wonder pro 32mb
