convert Divx 3.xx to DivX 4.12

I´ve a Real Magic Xcard and it only support DivX 4.x and later, so is there anything to convert/encode the DivX-movies ripped to version 3.11a for example to 4.12 which I´ve tried and it works just fine so I must convert all (almost) the movies to use the Xcard for viewing thru the TV.

Anyone know what software to use ??? PLZ

As long as you've got both codecs (3.11 and 4.xx) installed, VirtualDub will happily perform the conversion...
