RM --> AVI Conversion help needed!

I've DL'ed and used Tira but in the end all it does in the finest avi all it seems to be is sound. I get no video. I've tried changing to serveral different types such as DivX 4 Slow, and Fast and DivX 5.0. Still when it finnishes al lim left with is an audio clip. Any idea's how to get it to convert the video along with the sound? Please help! Thanks!

Screen capture software such as CAMTASIA or SNAG-IT may be useful.

No no, im talking about RM files i already have on my harddrive. Not ones im ripping from a web page these are ones i have downloaded.

Regardless, CAMTASIA and SNAGIT may be able to capture the video.

I dl'ed it and tried it. The only way i could see in making the rm into an avi was by recording it while it was playing. So i tried that and all it would record was a black box, non of the video nor audio...
