Async sound after split w/ GKnot
I use Gknot for quite sometimes now, and I have admit that it excels ways beyond other encoders. But lately I have problem to cut .avi file that produced by it. I well-encoded a 1G file, in idea to have 1CD with 700MB and 1 CD with the rest + extras from DVD. The 1G file is so fine:
1x vbr mp3 160 kbps
1450 bitrate (704x288) Divx5.02 Pro
PAL
But after i cut the file with Vdub, the result (both files) have asynch sound.
Why is this?
(note. I know how to cut the avi file, and I know that I can encode part of film with GKnot, but I just curious why this can happen?
