1/2 pass database for DVD movies

Anyone know of a database where you can d/load (and upload) the log files for 1/2 pass encoding? I have been looking but no luck.

    TIA

To the best of my knowledge no such thing exists.

The primary reason for this, is that such a database is completly infeasible.

First of all you need seperate entiries for PAL/NTSC movies, codec (divx3/divx5/Xvid), and for divx5 you need seperate entries depending on 1 or 2 CD rips, and each of the pro fratures + phychovisuals.

In total this amounts to about 60 different entries for each movie. This of course assumes that everyone agrees on cropping + resizeing + any other filtering settings. IMHO this is a rather weak assumption.
Donate your idle CPU time for something usefull.

Valid point about all the options, I didnt think about filfers ect only asumed pal/ntsc and wide/normal as being main options.

well if you do ever hear of one let me know (still interested).

      Thanks Matty
