More than two audio tracks - how?

I'd like to have an avi with 3 audio tracks, but... how?

    1. Why:
to have a movie with original sound and two commentaries from director and personnel (yes, to study English)

    2. Files:
AVI compressed with Gordian Knot, divx3
    + CBR MP3 192 kb/s 48 kHz stereo (sound track)
    + CBR MP3 40 kb/s 32 kHz mono (commentary #1)
    + CBR MP3 40 kb/s 32 kHz mono (commentary #2)

    3. Programs, I have already tried
Nandub - works just fine, but doesn't allow to mux more than two audiotracks

AviMux - DOESN'T WORK - when trying to play the result file, it just won't play, though navigation is possible (?!?)

So, what do I do wrong?
May be, different frequencies (48-32 kHz)?
    or... MONO - STEREO?
or... ought to try another muxing program?
