Gordian Knot 0.27 help. :-|

First of all, sorry if I'm posting this message in the inappropriate section.

I'm just a n00b, so gimme a break.

My problem is this. I launch Gordian Knot, get everything set up, and when it's time to do a compressibility check, it doesn't work at all. I try and do it and immediately it says "Finished." The same thing happens when I try to encode the final .avi file. It goes through with the audio track with no problem, but when it's time for the video encoding, it just stops.

One example that I get is the program couldn't open a log file and whatnot. What am I doing wrong here? Is it with the resolution, the Bits/(Pixel*Frame)?

Reinstall divx5.02, if that doesn't solve your problem post your *_gknot.log file.

Well thanks khp, that worked like a charm.

The thing is I naturally assumed to re-install the program. That's what I did before and I must've screwed around with the registry a bit too much.
