convert 2 divx cd's to 1

does anybody know how to convert 2 divx large files (like cd1 /2)
to one fole about 700 mb size good quality like a lot of movies in one file that can burn in 1 cd

1. Open first AVI file in Virtual/nandub
2. Append second AVI file in Virtual/nandub
3. Set Video tab to Full Processing Mode
4. Set Audio tab to Direct Stream Copy
5. Under Video, select Compression and choose the DivX codec. Input the new bitrate that you have determined using a bitrate calculator. Choose 2-pass encoding mode in order to minimise loss of quality
6. Go to File -> Save as AVI and give a name to the new file

As to how good the quality of the final AVI will be, that will hugely depend on the bitrate used and compressibility of the video.
