    lip sync

    Hi everyone

I am having problems ripping some of my DVD's the problem is the lips do not sync.

the ripped film starts off fine then gets worse and worse, I have found this formula on DIVX-Digest (http://www.divx-digest.com/articles/cutavi.html)

    C * T / A * 1000 = 0.536 * 49.624 / 24 * 1000 = 1108

This procedure will apparently sync the audio, however my values for A and B are equal which makes C = 0 which is a bit of a problem, because this invalidates the whole equation

If someone could help me sync this audio i would appreciate it.

"I am having problems ripping some of my DVD's the problem is the lips do not sync."

I presume you actually mean that this problem occurs upon conversion (not ripping, which is merely removing the copy protection and then copying the modified DVD files). If so, what tools, with what settings, are you using for conversion?

      Hi,

The conversion tool i am using is NEoDivx, i am using the latest version 6.0B, i am using Codec 4.12 with M2Apx3g version 1.5d, all other settings are default.

      Is this any use?
