(using the MP3 Freeze version of VirtualDub)
When I want to ReEncode a divx or xvid movie I set the :
Video --> Full Processing Mode, Divx 5.02 codec, FrameRat=NoChange .
Also add a resize filter
Audio -->Avi Audio
Then I start to ReEncode and in the end of this Process I got a
fine Divx file with no problems !
Now listen to this:
My friend did exactly the same thing I did but in the end of Process He got a Divx file with Video\Audio Synq probleme, after that he switched the FrameRate option in Video tab from NoChange to "Change so video and audio duration match" and then, after ReEncoding again, No synq probleme.
How ? and What the hell can cause that ?
I mean that in my case I didn't Change the FrameRate option in Video tab and it was always seted to NoChange and I never had a problems .
BUT how can it be that my friend did the same thing as I am and he got a Problem with Video\Audio Synq ?
He solve the probleme by changing the FrameRate option in Video tab from NoChange to "Change so video and audio duration match"
How can you explain that ?
And what is the difference between "NoChange" and "Change so video and audio duration match" ?
