Where is the Constant Bitrate Audio Setting in GK? Is it the one marked "MP3, ___ kBit/sec. average Bitrate." Is this the one I need to have ticked? Thanx for da help.

To use cbr MP3 encoding in GordianKnot .
You nee to select 'MP3, custom parameters' in the 'audio 1' tab in the encode tab in GordianKnot. And enter something likeIn the lame options text box.Code:--alt-preset cbr 128
