GK images r blurry ..........

I did a movie with Gordian Knot and it was a 134m movie. I set it to 1100MB file size so the later when going to VCD it would fit 2 cds. Well the movie is so-so quality. Around the people in the flick there r is a good amount of blurry ness. Looks like gas vapors coming off of them. LOL. Anyways I used the Neutral Bicubic....could that be the culprit? Any suggestions r welcome. Thanx.

Size is not an issue when you create a VCD.This is based on TIME, not size.
If you are encoding a DivX just to make it a VCD later, I suggest you do some frameserving instead.Saves you a lot of time.
