won't load whole movie

i've had this problem on two different movies: the matrix and jackie brown. on the matrix when i loaded the .iso file the video stops half way through the credits but the audio keeps playing and with jackie brown both the audio and video cut off at the end of the last scene right before the credits role. i've tried both movies in both flaskmpeg and dvd2avi with the same results. any suggestions? i haven't been able to find any information with any other people having a similiar problem.

Do you know for a fact that the .ISOs are complete and play properly through the absolute end?

If not, try mounting the .ISOs (use Daemon Tools) and then palying them with a software DVD player such as WinDVD...
