can't remove some parts

Hi, the other day I edited XviD movie, removing some parts of it with VirtualDub 1.5.1 I almost succeded, in two places I removed some frames, but when I saved edited thing that parts stays there. How come I can cut and remove pieces in other parts of the same file, but can't do it with those parts? Any help

How many frames did you cut out?
You can only cut on keyframes in VDub.
