I have, until recently had no problems splitting AVI files into two parts using NanDub, and then using TMPGEnc to encode as Vid CD. I recently have started having problems where the first part of my 2 files (350MB), is not being encoded at a size that will fit on to a std CD.
Has anyone else had this and been able to resolve it?
A 350MB AVI file is encoding at 132% of a 74Min CD-R
