    No Compression Video

I have a 5 and a half minute clip with no compression right now. So its 2.8 gb ...The quality is ok only because the original source clips weren't the best quality...Now what I am asking is how can I encode this into divx so it loses no quality? I've tried it already compressing it, but it looks like crap...I havent configured any of the divx yet so that may be the problem...So let me know how to do this...

You can't, DivX is a lossy compression format.
The same goes for all other codecs that offer, compression ratios anywhere near, DivX's compression ratios.

What you can do, is improve the quality of the source, to make it more compressable. Video noise really kills compressability.
Donate your idle CPU time for something usefull.

      Try the lossless codec Huffyuv.

If you are not too (read: extremely) picky about details and quality, try compressing with DivX/XviD using their "1-pass, Quality-based" configuration set at 100% quality. The result should satisfy most of everyone.
