Divide by zero on 2 pass encode

I am using Flask 0.60 and divix 4.11. I followed the digital-digest to the letter for 2 pass encoding, and both times i tried it, i get a divide by zero error when trying to play the divx file. A one pass does not produce this problem. Has anyone heard of this? It's about a 10 minute segment. All options as far as setup are exactly as explained in the FAQ - http://www.divx-digest.com/articles/...vx4_flask.html

I am using the latest media player and the radium mp3 codec for audio btw.
