DivX Stops frames?

I was encoding a mpg file to DivX and after a few minutes it totaly stops encoding frames and just does audio? Does anyone know what the problem is? I have been having major codec issues lately.

DivX Pro 5.0.3
All basic settings
1100 kbs
128kb audio

1) Does the MPEG file (by the way, is it MPEG-1, MPEG-1VideoCD, MPEG-2, or MPEG-2SuperVideo CD?) play properly all the way through?

2) What software and procedures are you using to convert to DivX-compressed .AVI?

It's an mpeg-1 video that play's fine all the way through. I'm doing the basic steps for encoding,

Load video>
DivX Multi pass 1100 kb/s
Audio mpeg layer 3 128

It just stops in the middle of the encode to 0.0fps and finish's with the audio only. Could it be where Im saving the log files?
