Problem while starting DivX process (DivxAuto)

I'm using Easy DivX and I'm having problems with backup my DVD's.

When I've chosen all the options and started the ripping process, there is a
windows coming up with the following text:


DivXAuto 40b

Waiting for windows 'ICCompressorChoose', slot 0...


DivxAuto is waiting for something but what ?

Any ideas what to do?

it seems that it is waiting for the divx 4.0xx codec to start... do you have this codec installed??
