    Pauses during playback

I have been using DVD Shrink 3.0 Beta 5 and Nero (5.5 and 6.0) to backup my DVD collection. The DVD's that require no compression playback on my 10 Bit/27 mHz and 10 Bit/54 mHz DAC players fine. However, the DVD's that are compressed playback fine only on the 10 Bit/27 mHz player. On the 10 Bit/54 mHz player, there are split second pauses every several seconds or so. I have seen that IFOedit can be used to delete pauses that occur at layer breaks, but these occur every few seconds. Is there any way to fix this?

Sounds more like the problem is with this player, not the burned DVD...

I have tried it on 4 players that sample at 54 mhz and it does it on all of them. I am going to try a different recorder tonight.

I tried CloneDVD and the problem disappears making it clear that the problem is with DVD Shrink. DVD Shrink is a great program, but apparently I can't use it if I need to do any compression.
