flask mpeg fails to recognize installed codecs

flask mpeg fails to recognize installed codecs. I have attached somesreenshots to demonstrate the problem. Note: the red arrows indicate themost important codecs that are missing. When I tried teh new beta, i get an error message stating that flaskmpeg has generated an error. Neither the stable version or beta is working. Any help would be appreciatied.

1) use the last (0.7.8.39 beta) version
2) instal the program after the codecs

If it doesn't work, try with Xmpeg (www.mp3guest.com/xmpeg_index.asp), it's more precise (if you use bicubic resize) and it's easy-to-use like Flask.
